Nice! Love that red LX!

So the red one getting the LSx, or the other one?

The red one is getting LSX first then the grey one but that will be sometime down the road, unless I can find some cheap aluminum heads and intake then it will stay Ford powered.

Yeah the red one is a lot better then the grey one. I'm going to do a nice clean swap on it. Make ot look like the 5.3 came with the car from the factory

Naw the engine that's in the grey car came out of the red one. I have an engine sitting on an engine stand that made over 500 on motor alone, I was going to spray it with a dry 200 shot but I know it wasn't going to last long. So I said lets LS swap it.

Yeah 500 is stout but it was on the stock 302 block. I stroked it out to a 331.

Yeah I'm going turbo or twins not sure yet. And it will be on nitrous also.

Ok here we go, first car that was a project, belonged to my Dad and he bought it for $400, but it needed more work than what I could at 16 years old, I have no pictures of my explorer though. Then cam the Grand Am, did a bit to it, was one of the original three guys to do the rear disc brake swap, then bought the camaro, I bought my first Tbird Turbo coupe to daily drive for a few months for $800 and needed to get surgery on my dog and was irresponsible so I sold the tbird and continued to daily drive the cammed LS1 car, then bought the integra to daily (paid $1000 for it then the stock B18A1 blew and replaced it with a stupid clean B20B from a 97 CRV this motor was stupid clean), then got hit and they totaled it, I paid $450 for the complete motor and replaced other parts with parts from Acura so total in the Integra I had $2300, after insurance paid me out and I sold the Integra I made $3900, I bought a Regal GS for cheap and put some money into it, then sold it for what I had into it. Moved out here after we sold our house in CA I went and paid cash for my F250 which was bullet proofed, sold that to pay taxes from last year since I was a contractor for the last half of the year, and bought the grand prix.

Tbird Boost gauge placement (well I removed the clock and routed the hose and electronics to here for the boost gauge)

Next up was the Integra LS Special (I was seeing how hard it was to cover up the license plate, kind of silly but oh well.)

Then the Integra was totaled, literally one week after completing the motor swap, I was working out bugs and had a frustrating day, I prayed on my way out the door to work that God would just let the car be totaled out, 15 minutes later I was rear ended on my commute, becareful what you pray for...

Then I got the Regal, the first wbody I had ever owned, my introduction to the fwd supercharged money pits.

Then came the F250 (named Dixie, she had the 03 turbo on it that made the desired whistling noise and so she was whistling Dixie)

John that was a 1.60 60' pass ran 7.42 @ 92.5. Current owner ran a 150 shot on it and hung the tires quite nice ran a 10.8 @ 126 mph with a huge head wind and she still had some more in her.

The trans blew up on it last night but he is running a bit more nitrous and some other stuff, he ran a 6.6 @ 106 mph and his 60' went from a 1.4 to 1.7, I think with the amount of nitrous he is running now, he needs to get a converter built for it and to move on from a 4l60e.

The one I knew belonged to my friend Jimmy Clark (the guy who's daughter I put up the prayer request for).  His dad said someone at Town and Country ford owns it now.

When Jimmy owned it, it was mostly stock other than the cobra R hood, paint and maybe a small dry kit he never used.

I bet it's the same car.  His dad said the guy who bought it built the motor and put a cage in it.

Jimmy's Grandfather was one of the T&C salesmen for a very long time.
