The TSP cam is actually a Comp Cam spec'd by TSP.

I feel it's a good cam. Picks up hp and tq from 3,000 rpm's to like 6,800. HP doesn't seem to drop at all. it just climbs all the way and flattens out. Regardless, this cam smashes the stock one. :yes:

If it turns out the cam doesn't make the car move like I want, I can always swap to a BTR.

But I don't see how this cam wouldn't move this car out well.

Just buy a trunnion upgrade. No need to buy rockers.

I've seen people run 4s with stock rockers. No need to upgrade lol

Figured the heck with it. Ordered the TSP roller rockers... I know I'm nutzz... :lol:

Got the cam specs in my Email on the shipping receipt.

231/243, .649/.629, 113 LSA, 108 ICL

Seems to be a pretty big cam....?

The stock Pontiac cam I ran was 308/320.  Better step it up. ;) 

(Don't anybody point out it was 230/240 @ .050" on a SLOW acting flat tappet with .513" lift)

Nah, he was wanting to chase my tail lights there for a bit but the only night we made it out together he was having a rough night and I ran a personal best.  I havnt touched the car mod wise since.  Neither has JohnC, but he HAS been spending money and collecting shiney parts like mad :roflmao:

When you finally get it all together, installed and tuned I want to see this sucker make a nasty pass.  No excuses!

Only thing weve been able to do is talk smack and bench race timeslips really.  You wanted to run mod for mod but the only night we got together under those circumstances you were running stock times trying to get the tune ironed out and I was trapping 92mph and finally touched the 7's on all seasons.  

Now, with all you have been spending and all the drool worthy parts your hoarding for it,  if I dont at least get a peak at your tailights then you need to sell that pile and move on!!!  What you hoping to trap after all this work, 120+ in the 1/4?  Ill need to slap on some slicks, steal Joey's CJ manifold and drive my ass off to keep up then!  

Might be the motivation I need to put some time and money back in this thing!  The 66 and the little one on the way are getting it all right now lol

I just need the time and place, neither of which I have at the moment.

Doubt I can get anything done before Mike's track day at this point.

Might rent a storage garage and toss it together over the winter.
