This thing has a flaw in design.

The male fuel line out of the sensor needed to be longer to clear the body of the sensor so you can use the fuel line disconnect tool to unconnect the female end should you ever need to replace it.

I guess I'd need to buy a whole new fuel line if the sensor ever went out because I couldn't get the line back off with the tool.

AST makes some good release tools.  https://www.asttool.com/search_results.php?stype=general&category=line%20disconnect

I was researching heads yesterday and had pretty well decided these would be the best for your car. You must have heard my thoughts.

You've also been thinking that dual 70mm turbos would be a good fit, right?

iPhone 6 Plus. All the pics I take are done with it too.

I've not used my Nikon D300 in forever.

What parts do you not yet have?   Torque converter?

That and the correct size push rods.

Pushrods I got were for stock heads. TFS heads are taller, plus my rocker arms aren't stock ratio.

I have to measure and then order them...

Stopped by and got around 10 gallons of E85.

I had almost 3/4 tank of 93 octane pump in there, too. That showed around 33-ish percent ethanol (see video).

I just wanted to ease in to the E85 and see if any issues arise, like needing larger injectors and fuel pump.

So far, the pcm has compensated.

My AFR remained good.

I have a pushrod length checker if you want to borrow it

I've got one. Bought it with the VVT cam kit.

But thanks for offering, Tino!

Whenever I switch to E85 from 93 I can tell it is making its way to the engine finally by watching the AFR.  On E it drops to around 10:1 and then when I switch back it pops back up to the 14's.  I usually fill up at the same place and hit the highway home and its kinda fun to watch it slowly start dropping or raising the AFR while cruising along.  You will LOVE E85 once you get the car really dialed in to take full advantage of it!

So I talked to @Chris and he told me I can use his garage to put this car together.

I'm probably going to wait until after New Years to take time off from work to get it done.

Maybe by then he'll have some electrical and lighting installed in his new garage, too. :D

I appreciate that, Chris!

@Mike Once I get the exhaust on over there, I'll mark the pipes for the widebands and let you tig them on.

You rock, Mike!

Can't wait to get this thing modded and tuned.

Will need DR's just to tap the gas. :3gears:

Not with a stock converter you won't. you'll need two feet to keep it running at a red light!

I'll get one because I want a proper setup.

But I seen a SS with TSP VVT-3 cam and he has stock converter.

Owner said It did fine. See comments on the video where I asked him.
