From searching, this is a stock 2010 SS L99 catback:

IMG_0256.jpg

Seen an old post where a dude said he got 10rwhp 15 rwtq gain on the dyno (un-tuned) by going with the Corsa that is currently on my SS.

Also seen where a guy said he paid $1400.00 for his installed.

Not a bad.

I believe I found the idle issue. Guy on Camaro5 said there are 2 versions of the VARARAM intake; one doesn't need a tune and the other has to be tuned.

It looks like I have the intake that requires a tune.

The website specifically says it'll cause idle issues if you don't tune it. They also list a MAF that gives trouble.

They claim 25 to 35 hp over stock with the one I have and 3 to 5 tenths in the 1/4

If that's true, with the intake and exhaust, this is already a high 12sec car since most claim they're 13.1 sec cars stock.. :3gears:

I'd get your longtubes (and cam) before you get a tune. I'm not sure about the 5th gens but the 4th gens woke up with some longtubes

I'm definitely planning to go that direction.

This thing will be a pretty decent toy after that. :3gears:

Do you have a scanner? If so just plug it in and see where your fuel trims are at. I have hp tuners also.

Dang! Vimeo degraded the video so bad you couldn't see the scanner readings.

I'll try youtube again later.

Damn a cam and bolt ons gave it an extra 114 hp?  All its missing is a 150 shot and it would be done. That would put it around 700hp

Keep in mind, that's fwhp not rwhp.

This is a crap video. I had to hold the cellphone and record the data because the wife was using the laptop.

You need a tune. Short term/long term trims of +/- 4% are what you generally shoot for. Yours are all over the place. Your pulling 10% fuel at idle, midrange adding 7-9%, wot looked pretty good. If the calculated airmass is being reported wrong it will also throw the timing off as well. Looked like you have about 11 degrees at idle.
