At that point I'll motivate you.  I'll stand up tall on the cart and look over the hill and say :"Tino..........(winded from pushing)...........I think I see a.........taco bar ........over the hill......Si, y mucho.....Corona."

And the rest is history.

Speaking of fat, before lunch I weighed.   After lunch I weighed.    Gained 8,420.  (17,580 - 9,160 C50)  The more a truck weighs, the closer people let you get before they pull out in front.  And when I can stop for a pedestrian in the cross walk, that guy in the unloaded pickup could have too.

Has anyone renewed their tags online?

I just did and it didn't ask me for the emission test.

I hope I get my sticker, my mustang does meet the emissions requirements

This is the main reason I did it. I was going to use this as my excuse :D

Fast cars can be an adrenaline rush.  So can a very slow, fully loaded, C50 dump truck if someone in a Ford truck first attempts to cross the road S L O W L Y, then abruptly changes their mind and turns to travel with you and you get to swerve your 5' high center of gravity truck and pass his butt while he's still on the yellow line. :shitbricks:

I met up with Seth Hester yesterday.  We ate lunch and checked out each other's cars.  He picked up this 2020 Camaro SS 1LE a few weeks ago.  I let him drive the Challenger and he rode with me driving it.  We went back and picked up the Camaro.  He let me drive it and I rode with him too.  I am really impressed with the 1LE package.  He took an on ramp to Saturn Pkwy. and we had to be doing 120 mph.  It hung the curve like it was stuck to the road.  I wouldn't try that on ramp that fast with my car.  I sure enjoyed that blast up the ramp thoroughly.  I had fun and enjoyed driving the Camaro.  I enjoyed letting someone else drive my car.  I would love to own a 1LE car for sure.  I would still buy the 392 T/A over the SS 1 LE because the rear seats in the Camaro are tight and I want my wife and kids to be comfy.  I also like the 392 better as well as the retro looks.  If I were single or had no children, it would be a much harder choice.  Considering cost and how it performs, the SS 1LE could be the best bang for the buck in this market segment.

I think we both agreed on the strengths and weaknesses of each car.  Here are some overservations.

Challenger:

More comfortable with more usable space/I can sit in the back fairly comfortably

Better daily driver

392 has a more linear power curve

Deeper exhaust sound/more mellow

Infotainment center is better

Fits the "muscle car" definition better

Bad blind spot

Classic looks which announce what it is

Too heavy

Not the best handling car, but not near as bad as some folks say.

Camaro:

Recaros are better for track days, but not as comfortable for a daily driver

Way better handling/better track car

Better wheel/tire combo

Terrible blind spot

More confined/more claustrophobic

Lighter

Raspier exhaust

Racier looks/more modern design

Fits in with other Camaros without giving away what it really is.

Seth and I talked about getting guys together for lunch, rides, and track days.

That sounds like a winner! :3gears:

I’m not a fan of the styling but love the mid-engine setup.  The Z06 trim is going to be ridiculous.

From my seating position, I liked the car except the rear.

The ZO6 will be a beast!

That chassis will plant the power MUCH better and a dual clutch trans will make it move out!

I hope every car and truck gets a dual clutch trans going forward. :yum:
