I got a drive shaft safety loop. :pleased:

Car should be running mid to low 10's depending on if I want to risk breaking axles. :meh:

Shop guy Mike hooked me up with said he's seen stock axles snap on 400rwhp 5th Gens.

If I leave easy off idle, it might be OK. :panic::fear:

If I try to stall up and leave hard, it's a wrap. Goodbye axles! :baller::wall:

True story:  HP doesn't hurt axles.   HP is not a force.  Torque on the other hand....and you'll have plenty of it.

+ Helmet

+ Fire Jacket/Suit

+ C-clip eliminators (your car probably doesn't require them)

+ Comp license

+ 25.5

+ Parachute

+

+........

Needed or not, it is hard to pass tech with booger welds, super glue, zip-ties and sheet metal screws.

Hard to drag yourself to rip out all interior for a cage knowing some folks will never put it back together right....

I want a cage....

But don't want wiring issues, loose panels, rattling interior parts, etc..

Plus, airbags need to be removed...

^  Liberals are many times AGAINST liberty.  Try talking gun or free speech rights with 'em.    So, be careful how those stupid funny people are labeled.

Power supply failed and took out my hard drive. I use to back up everything on multiple hard drives when I shot weddings. I haven't backed anything up in 3 years. OOps.

rookie mistake :)

I don't shoot anymore (kinda), but I still back everything up twice.

every so often, Costco will run a portable Seagate 5TB for $99.

Saw my first tornado about 20 minutes ago, it was about 2 miles E of my workplace. I'll guess it at a F1.   Reports of a grain bin on a vehicle and the roadway blocked, responders having a hard time getting to the patient.  :(

I sold my Hyundai and this weekend I might have my Lexus sold. I've been wanting a car to play with and I've been thinking about this one

https://nashville.craigslist.org/cto/d/la-vergne-2004-cobra-mustang/6835947555.html

Any problems I should look for on these cars?

Ive always wanted one and woulda likely looked at a couple had I not got the GT500.  Ive heard they are super tough and can take a beating BUT with the bigger blower and the miles you might want to check it over with a fine tooth comb just to be for sure.  If properly maintained the miles wouldnt scare me otherwise!

Crazy.  Never a good thing, hoping for the best for those involved.
