@Disney and @66sprint6 the car has one problem. It keeps blowing fuel pump fuses. Any idea what could it be?

I'll look at it Saturday to see what it could be, but other than that the car runs very good.

Just a bad fuel pump. Happens.

Jack it up and look at the wiring to the rear O2's to make sure it's not melted to the pipe or disconnected.

Fuel pump blowing fuses is probably a bad pump. Change it with a higher flow FRPP pump and new filter.

It has a fuel pump driver module in between the fuse and the pump.  I’ve never heard of them going bad, but I’ve tried to ignore 2v mustangs for 15 years.

Is it modded at all?  It may not have the rear o2’s in it.

It has a cold air intake and a slp loudmouth exhaust system. I checked underneath the car and saw brand new exhaust clamps.

When I get home i'll jack it up and check underneath the car.

Posted (edited)

Tino, certain Ford trucks with the driver module have module failures due to salt/corrosion.  Pigtail replacement is necessary also.   Alldata shows the module in the vicinity of the left rear wheel, but I can't tell if it's under the body or in the trunk area. (Knowing Ford it's mounted so that it also functions as a mud flap.)

@JohnC what do you think?

I've seen cobras go for more than this.

Considering the paint issues he openly described, this seems to be a fair price.  Yes, you see ‘03-04 Cobras going for more, but they are usually heavily modded or pristine garage queens that seek top dollar.  It’s at least worth checking out, IMO.

Solid rear axle swap, light mods and a solid tune making good power at a really decent price?  Looks good to me, paint issues or not!  I will own a Terminator one day, always liked those cars.
