  2. Recently purchased this driver 55 F100 292 Y Block/3 Speed. Havent figured out my full build yet but i am eventually going to make her a bit of a hot rod Will be putting here in "Slims Speed Shop" for a CV front swap soon Considering Engine/ Trans swap - not sure...She runs strong but dont really like the clutch Custom Tailights have been ordered to work on Interior lights will be added Stereo of course WIll paint her Satin Black Running 2014 17" Mustang wheels

    still mad dude backed out on our deal but anyway I did more fitting on my VUE Epas. I had to cut off an ear on it and grind the casing smooth. After i had to grind a little of the edge of the Brake return area. The other thing is securing it. I had a heavy duty L bracket from my last 3 point seat belt install and bent it to fit the angle of the Wiper bracket. Drilled a hole then made a bracket out of angle to fit. Its all fit and works great. I ran a long wire from my truck to test out the difference. now i just have to relocate the ecu
  5. Going to be converting a 65 coupe to a fastback. Got it yesterday and started gutting it. Interior removed, qtr windows removed, gas tank removed, taillights and qtr extensions off. Not a lot of rust, underside looks pretty good. Front pans will need some work and the trunk has a few holes but nothing crazy. Really solid car

    took time to finally put on my ebay hood hinges from Federline products.They dont use a strut just a single spring loaded latch on the passenger side hinge. They are pretty nice for $359.00 oooh those gaps though. The hood needs to come down a little further but i had to use the stock bolts into the hood because the ones that came with the hinge were too short. So ill have to go buy some then i can adjust it more

    Talked to Matt pretty much all day and well im either buying a 302 from him or buying a 302 from a guy in hendersonville. Joey is actually going to go check it out for me this weekend. The 302 in hendo is pretty much ready to drop in, 330HP, and comes with hooker headers but you know how that goes. We will see what happens. Then ill see if i can drop in my first engine....Then see if i can figure out how to attach a transmission for the first time...Ive been reading most of the day and jesus...So many parts and info...One hand im looking at a nice AOD for 1600 with conversion parts minus the needed cross member then im looking at a c4 by tci but it needs the bell housing and god knows what else but comes with the cooler and fluids....ugh UGH!!!!!!!!!!! Oj and i glassed my bumper back together earlier in the week and sanded that out smooth. Now it just needs a thin bit of filler in the middle and screw holes

    Im getting the itch again. Went and looked at a 68 Torino in Hohenwald but decided it wasnt worth the 5k the guy was asking. Also didnt realize it had a slap shifter on auto so driving in first gear was no fun lol ....

    Split the bumper and fitted it. As you can see it needed to be widen a decent amount. I then used my glass plate to fit it together and 8115. Once it cures ill glass the middle

    came home and taped off the center of the rear bumper and laid 4 layers of glass. Will be re-enforcement/alignment plate to bolt in after i split it down the center to widen it out. Plus will make it easier to glass the gap

    Im really starting to wonder about this Mustang and its past. Everything is just off a bit, fit the Bumper yesterday and checked things and the bumper isnt quiet wide enough. There is about an 1/8th or larger of the quarters showing on the outside edges and then its sitting on each extension it sits in and doesnt line up. Either way i fit stuff and still need to do some glass work on the corners to mesh to the lights

    Im already getting frustrated with body work. Ugh getting thing smooth isnt my fortay. I need to have a block party lol I took the front off and did some smoothing, and have a lot left to do. The cowl is a pain and so is the rear My epas is installed but i need to work on a bracket to keep it from moving and work out how exactly i want it placed. In its current situation its perfect as the brake top barely misses it.

    na, its tight but i used a fishing line to keep it from sticking together once i get it all nice lookin ill sand a line down it to bevel the edges there and keep it from cracking...Well thats the plan

    At the rate ive been working this week im going to need a vacation from my vacation. Today i packed the front with Evercoat Lightweight and got the liens looking pretty good. The lower section on the other side was loose so i put some panel bonding on it. I also did a lot of sanding on the drivers side getting the bonding adhesive off the car and fiberglass. I also started to sand down the side scoop so i can feather it towards the door. Then i decided i need to tackle the 1ft section of the drip rail so i cut it off the old section and cut out the coupe front. Then i got it in place and put some panel bonding adhesive on it. I have a flat bar covered in tape under it and left an inch on the front and back to weld into place one it done. Tomorrow ill tackle the other side.. What do yall think about the lower scoops. Would you feather them into the quarter or leave the hard lines?
